Pan-fry Salmon / Cod Fish4 pieces of salmon/cod fisha few slices of gingersome scallion, cut into sections.SAUCE1 tbsp mirin1 tbsp bottled unagi sauce50ml hot water.Method1. Lightly marinate fish fillet with 1/2 tbsp mirin, salt and pepper2. Preheat skillet with 1/2 tbsp oil and saut ginger and white part of scallion for 10 seconds3. Dust fish fillet with cornstarch then pan-fry over medium low heat for 2 minutes on each sides or till golden brown4. Lastly drizzle sauce mixture over the fish and simmer for 15-20 seconds5. Remove and serve
