Fenugreek /Methi leaves are rich in fiber and have high amounts minerals and vitamins.This Aromatic leaves can instantly enhance the flavor of any food.Ingredients:Methi leaves- 1.5 cupsPotatoes-4Onion-2Tomatoes- 3Oil- 2 tspJeera- 1 tspGinger garlic paste- 1 tspTurmeric powder- 1/2 tspSalt- As neededHing- A pinchJeera powder- 1 tspCoriander powder- 1 tspRed chilli powder- 1/2 tspGaram masala powder- 1 tspDirections:1.Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add jeera.When jeera starts to crackle, add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.2.Add onions and sauté until translucent.3.Add tomatoes and cook until soft.4.When the tomatoes are cooked, add potatoes, turmeric powder, and salt.5.
