In this week's episode of Aaron's China Guide, I go to a mall food court to eat one of my favorite snack foods and street foods. Rou jia mo 肉夹馍 is sometimes called a Chinese hamburger. I think most foreigners would like this food. Cooked fatty pork or beef seasoned to perfection and placed in baked crispy bread. The word rou 肉 in Mandarin means meat, jia 夹 means pressed together, and mo 馍 means bread. This food is from Xi an, Shaanxi province. I hope you enjoy the Chinese food eating video.Social Media LinksTwitter : https://twitter.com/AaronchinaguideInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/aaronschinaguide/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/aaronschinaguide/Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/aaronschinaguide#Chongqing #Chinesefood #roujiamo #Chinesehamburger #Xianfood
