Zongzi, "Sticky Rice Dumplings" with Pork Belly (咸肉粽) | Chinese Cooking Demystified

Zongzi, or Joong in Cantonese (or the terribly translated 'sticky rice dumpling' in English), are an awesome dish that's often made around Dragon Beat festival. The sort that we wanted to show ya how to make are a savory, Cantonese kind with mungbean, dried seafood, and pork belly.

Of course, if you're reading this from the future, don't think that this is only a Dragonboat-only sort of affair... you can find Zongzi (Joong) in Cantonese eateries all year round.
