Mentaiko Rice balls (2)
Ingredients
300g cooked rice
1/2 tsp salt
8 strips of nori (dried seaweed)
1 egg sac of mentaiko (spicy, salted pollock roe)
chives

Directions
1. Put the rice in a bowl, add salt and mix well.
2. Make round rice balls, and wrap them with 4 strips of nori.
3. Cut the mentaiko is into three equal parts, and add grill marks with a torch.
4. Garnish 2 with 3.

Yakitori
Ingredients
1 chicken thigh
1+1/2 Tbsp Ebara Yakitori Sauce
vegetable oil

Directions
1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and cook them in a frying pan with oil, skin-side first.
2. Once the chicken is cooked, add the sauce and turn the chicken over until it is fully coated.
