Simmered Field Mustard and Sea Eel
Ingredients
1 bunch field mustard
2 sea eels
2 cm carrot
A pinch of salt
A: 150 cc Japanese broth
1.5 tablespoons Mirin/sweetening made of Japanese sake
1.5 tablespoons light soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons Japanese sake

Directions
1.Chop the field mustard 2 cm long.
2.Shred the carrot finely.
3.Slice the sea eel 1 cm long.
4.Boil 1 in salted boiling water, and drain.
5.Put A & 2 in a separate pan, and heat. When its start boiling, add 3 & 4, and simmer.
Sprinkle with white sesame.
