Milk Sauce Chicken
Ingreients
200 g chicken thigh
olive oil
1 king oyster mushroom (cut into thin strips)
1 shiitake mushroom (cut into thin strips)
1/2 pack shimeji mushroom
50 ml milk
1 tsp grated garlic
salt & pepper

Directions
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook skin-side first.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, cook the king oyster mushroom, shiitake mushroom, shimeji mushroom, add milk.
