Wanna grab some authentic Hong Kong handmade pastries? Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries ()

Mr Yip, who came from Hong Hong in 1991, is passionate about bringing the pastries from his hometown. Hoping to attract the younger crowd customers, a flagship store with modern makeover was opened at 247 Victora Street in 2021.

For the last 30 years, Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries has been offering handmade old-school pastries like egg tarts, Polo buns, Wife's Delight (), roasted chicken pie, and more. Considered one of their best specialties, they serve 2 types of egg tarts. The Hong Kong style ones have a layered and flaky crust, while the Western style has a firm biscuit-like crust.
