Very Easy Pork Bun Nikuman | Japanese Cooking Lovers by Yuri

I show you how to make very easy pork bun, Nikuman. This recipe came from my college friend, and he came from China. Usually, Japanese nikuman is steamed, but this recipe is not. Even you do not have a steamer. You can make this very easy. Start Cooking at 3:12.

Ingredients:
3~4 Dried Shiitake mushroom
1/2 Onion
1-1/2 Panko
Pinch of Pepper
1TBs Soy sauce
1/2 tbs Sugar
1/2 tbs Sesame oil
1/2tbs Potato Starch
1/2tbs Bullion
1/3tsp Oyster Sauce
150g/5.3oz ground pork
Packaged Biscuit dough (I recommend the NO extra butter taste- most simple one)
4TBS Oil
1 Cup Water

Sauce:
Scallion and salt
oil
vinegar
