Ingredients
¼ tsp cooking oil
Small piece of hing (asafoetida)
1 dried chili
½ tsp of coriander seed
½ tsp of cumin (jeera) seeds
1 tsp of sesame seeds
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of urad (split black gram) dal
1 tbsp of chana (split bengal gram) dal
2 tbsp of dried neem flowers
Salt to taste
