Vegetarian Hot Pot 素食火锅

Ingredients:
For the soup base:
2 medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
2 button mushrooms, cut into quarters
2 baby Bella mushrooms, cut into quarters
7 cloves garlic
4 pieces of white part of green onions
A few dates, soaked about 10 mins
1/2 tsb black pepper corns
1 tsb white pepper powder
Vegetable oil
Salt

For the dipping sauce:
Sesame oil
Chopped green onions
Chopped cilantro
Salt
Hot oil (optional)
(You may use vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, or any other sauce you like)

Vegetables: enoki mushrooms, button mushrooms, baby Bella mushrooms, Napa cabbage, bok Choy, lotus roots, wood ear mushrooms, sliced potatoes, sliced sweet potatoes, corn;
Tofu; Sweet potato noodles
