Quick Egg Fried Rice Recipe (with soy sauce)

While soy sauce is not a must-have for all kinds of fried rice, we are making soy sauce fried rice today. I used both light soy sauce and dark soy sauce for color. Egg fried rice is so easy to make and it can be a meal. You may add other vegetables to your liking to make the fried rice your way. Enjoy!

Written recipe for Egg Fried Rice with Soy Sauce:

Ingredients:
3 cups leftover rice (preferably long grain rice), crumbled
3 eggs (season with salt and white pepper powder), beaten
3 green onions, chopped finely
1 carrot, diced
1/4 onion, diced
avocado or vegetable oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
salt
white pepper powder or black pepper powder

1. Heat up the pan to hight heat, add oil.
2. Scramble the eggs, and then set aside.
3. Add more oil, and stir fry onions and carrot for 1 minute.
4. Add rice and stir fry for about 1 minute.
5. Add eggs back and stir. Cook about another minute.
6. Add chopped green onions and mix.
7. Optionally, add chicken bouillon to finish. Serve!
