Egg fried rice is so easy to make and it can be a meal. You may add other vegetables to your liking to make the fried rice your way. Heat up the pan to hight heat, add oil.2. Scramble the eggs, and then set aside.3. Add more oil, and stir fry onions and carrot for 1 minute.4. Add rice and stir fry for about 1 minute.5. Add eggs back and stir. Cook about another minute. 6. Add chopped green onions and mix. 7. Optionally, add chicken bouillon to finish. Serve!
