Turkey Fried Steak with Sausage Gravy

This is a variation on a southern classic, Chicken Fried Steak. But instead of beef, I'm using Turkey. It's double fried for extra crispiness, plus I've got a small trick in the breading to help make it even better.

This is a healthier version. I've got turkey fillets and andoulle sausage from my friends at KOL Foods, (http://www.kolfoods.com). I'm using non-GMO Avacado Oil from my friends at De La Rosa (http://www.delarosa613.com) and wine from my friends at Kosher Wine dot com. (http://www.kosherwine.com)

This is a great comfort food dish. It's also a nice surprise for Thanksgiving. Very kid friendly and my wife likes it even more than the kids. So, put a little south in your mouth with my Turkey Fried Steak.
