Roast Beef with Herbs and Cocoa

This is one of my favorite recipes. Simple to do, minimal prep and delicious results.

The Butchers Roast from KOL Foods (http://www.KOLFoods.com) has great marbling and a small fat cap, but enough to help baste the roast with plenty of flavor. Your guests with love it, but more importantly, so will you and your family.

You will smell the herbs. They will fill the house and your family with the cravings of true carnivores. Your taste buds will be salivating and it will try your patience to not just slice into the roast right away. But be patient. Let it rest for at least 15-20m minutes before cutting into it. The reward will be well worth the wait.

This recipe has proven itself to my family and to my guests many, many times. And its especially great for Shabbat, Pesach, or any special occasion. Trust me, when you serve this savory Butchers Roast, you will not not get roasted, youll get toasted.
