My daughter calls this recipe Fabulicious. I think shes right. Its a perfect fish for Shabbat or the 'Nine Days", it serves well either hot or cold and really satisfies. I use a Wild Sockeye Salmon filet from KOL Foods. (http://www.kolfoods.com) Serve with a bad of quinoa or rice. Or over my Garlic Pureed Potato Medley, but thats another recipe.LChaim . . .
