Wanting to share his Sichuan hometown noodle, the stallholder Mr Zhang Ke and his wife, serve Lamian in 3 flavours - beef, pork ribs and fat intestine. There are also claypot Mee Suah and Putien seafood Lor Mee, topped generously with ingredients. Why named the stall 'San Hao' - 3 unique features? They refer to the broth, noodle and flavours. First, the broth is simmered for hours with pork bones, chicken feet and old chicken to give it a natural sweet taste. Second, the noodle is skilfully cooked to give a chewy texture. Third, the beef, pork ribs and intestine are well braised with spices, and the Mala sauce is homemade with Mr Zhang's own recipe tailored to the locals. Give it a try if you drop by!
