Since 18 years old, Mr Quek has been involved the hawker business. His stall boasts the collagen-rich fish maw soup. Soup is served in rustic-looking claypots that can retain heat well.

The stall also serves fish and seafood soup. A bowl of soup is light and nutritious, and very good for a day when you are feeling cold, or just wanting something light. You may choose to add Mee Sua or pair it with yam rice to make for a satisying, healthy meal!
