1.5 liters Water / chicken stock
8 Prawns
3 stalk Lemongrass
5 slices Galangal
6 Kaffir Lime leaves
4 Thai red chili
150g Shimeji Mushroom, cut into smaller pieces
12 pieces Oyster mushrooms, cut into smaller pieces
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
3 tbsp Lime juice
1 tsp Sugar
Coriander / Cilantro
2 tbsp (to taste) Thai chili paste*(Nam Prik Pao)
