Sesame seeds- 2 tsp
Butter- 2 tbsp

Directions:
1. Mix rice flour, urad flour, Hing, salt, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, soaked channadal and butter in a bowl. Add water to make a smooth non-sticky dough.
2.Make equal sized balls(lemon size) and keep it covered.
3.Take parchment paper or ziplock covers.Grease them with oil.Keep one dough ball on one paper and cover it with the other one. Use a flat bottom bowl to press it. You can do this with your fingers as well. You must flatten the dough to make it thin and evenly spread out.
4.Heat oil in a kadai. fry the Thattai until the bubbles stop completely.
