DO NOT USE EXTRA HOT SAUCE IF YOU CAN"T HANDLE SPICINESS (like me...LOL!) but no worries, you can replace the extra spicy sauce with tabasco sauce and you can still enjoy homemade buffalo wings at home. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Serves 4 pax

How to marinate the chicken wings
========
8 whole wings
0.5 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A few dashes of white or black pepper

Sauce
===

Some cooking oil
55g butter
4 cloves of chopped garlic
125ml of your favourite hot sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of salt (add more to taste if necessary)
