Ingredients:
Serves 4-5 pax

320g of pork shoulder (can be replaced with pork belly)
2 tablespoons of gochujang
1.5 tablespoons of chilli powder
1.5 pieces of yellow onion
4 -5 cloves of chopped garlic
8g of minced ginger
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1.5 tablespoon of light soya sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 stalks of spring onion
