Hainanese curry rice is a Chinese Singaporean dish consisting of steamed white rice drenched in curry and braising sauce. The dish is often accompanied with other dishes laid on top of the rice such as pork chop, chap chye (mixed vegetables - cabbage), braised pork and a sunny side up. Although this dish is known as Hainanese curry rice, I was told that there is no such dish in Hainan, China (i can't verify because it's hearsay) I hope to visit Hainan one day to confirm myself :) See the ingredient list below for your easy reference.
