Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp -Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tbs -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Hara pyaz (Green onion leaves) chopped Cup -Water 3-4 tbs or as required -Water as required -Cheese slice cut in required size-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3-Breadcrumbs ground 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions:-Bowl mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Namak,kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder,lal mirch crushed,soy sauce,hara pyaz leaves aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Steam pot mein pani dal ker ubal lein,steam rack aur heat proof dish rakh ker anday ka mixture dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.-Steaming ka bad dish mein sa nikal ker thanda ker lein aur pieces mein cut ker lein.-Ek piece ka upper cheese slice rakh ker upper sa dosra piece rakh ker sandwich tayyar ker lein.-Ab pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 6). -Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
