Speedy Skillet Pasta (15 minutes!)

Its Day 14 of my 15-minute Supper Series! As a dietitian and mom of three, let me help you plan nourishing meals for the week that your whole family will love!

My friends, we are in the homestretch of my 15-minute supper series, so dont swipe away just yet. You dont want to miss this Skillet Pasta. Yup, you really CAN whip up a mean pasta dish in ONE pan using a few simple ingredients.

The proof is in thepasta.

What you need
Spaghetti noodles
1 cup sliced baby tomatoes or veggies of choice
3 cloves minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp Olive oil
Boiling water to cover + chicken broth for extra liquid
Cooked sausage (whatever you have at home!)
1 cup premade alfredo, tomato or pesto sauce (I used Verily Kitchen cashew alfredo and it was SO good)
Grated cheese on top

Make it:
In a skillet, place the spaghetti noodles, veggies, garlic, salt and pepper, olive oil. Turn to medium heat
Pour boiling water over top and stir. Add broth if more liquid is needed (and a splash of white wine- optional), cover and allow to cook.
Once el dente, add cooked sausage and pasta sauce and stir. Top with grated cheese and cover until melted. Serve alongside a salad

Stick around for the LAST day of this series.
