Longing for a taste of her hometown when she came to Singapore, she started a business making her hometown Ban Mian.Mdm Leong fries her own dried shrimp chilli and Ikan Bilis, as well as hand makes noodles, which have a chewy bite and springy texture to them. Each bowl of dried chilli noodle is served with minced meat, crispy bean curd skin, a runny egg, meatballs, and vegetables.
