Shio-Kouji Fried Chicken
1 chicken thigh
1/2 tsp honey
1 Tbsp shio-kouji (salt-marinated rice malt) (marinate for 30 minutes)
2 Tbsp potato starch
1 Tbsp flour
vegetable oil
shiso pickled in sesame oil

Directions
1.Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and put them into a bowl.
2.Add honey and shio-kouji, mix thoroughly and let sit for 30 minutes.
3.Add potato starch and flour and mix well.
4.Fry the chicken in vegetable oil heated to 160.
5.Roll the chicken in the pickled shiso leaves.
