Shanghai Beef Noodle Stir Fry | HAPPY WOK

Here another mouth watering and delicious stir fry soft type noodle with tender beef flap cut. Shanghainese cooking. Enjoy.

4 oz ------- beef flap steak cut (sliced against the grain)
8 oz ------- noodle (Shanghai soft boiled & oil package)
** marinade for meat **
1 Tbsp ---- each, light soy sauce, corn starch & oil
** pre-mix sauce **
2 Tbsp ---- each, light soy sauce, Chinkiang vinegar & hoisin sauce, sesame oil
1 tsp ------- white sugar
as needed -- cooking oil
2 Tbsp ----- each, ginger & garlic (minced)
2 pcs ------- baby bok choy (cut lengthwise into 2)
2 stalks ---- green onion (cut 3” lengthwise)
