Savour 5 classic dishes, all in one stall, by this master of fire & wok Hao Cai Delight ()

Mr Thomas Gan offers Fried Rice, Fried Kway Teow, Fried Prawn Noodles, Mee Goreng and Carrot Cake. With his 20 years of experience, the aromas and smoky flavours of his stir fry are magnets that attract the Wok Hei fiend. As a master of fire and wok, Mr Gan skilfully tosses the fried rice in the wok with one hand, and using the other to stir with spatula. Tossing in the wok with high heat, pushing and pulling back and forth, is a skill that takes time to build. The result is a delicious dish with each bit of rice packed with flavours of the wok.

What's more unique here is Mr Gan does not steam rice. He adds butter to the rice, and stirs the pot continuously until the rice is fully cooked.
