For Dal
Water [पानी] - as needed (for boiling)
Pigeon Pea [तुअर दाल] - 100 gm (1/2 cup)
Salt [नमक] - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder [हल्दी पाउडर] - 1/4 tsp

For Veggies
Water [पानी] - as needed (for boiling)
Drumsticks [ड्रमस्टिक] - 2 pcs (medium long)
Potato [आलू] - 1 pcs (large)
Salt [नमक] - 1 tsp

For Cooking
Oil [तेल] - 4 tbsp
Mustard Seeds [सरसों] - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds [मेंथी दाना] - 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chili [सुखी लाल मिर्च] - 2 pcs (medium size)
Asafoetida [हींग] - 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder [लाल मिर्च पाउडर] - 1.5 tsp
