Pumpkin is a superfood, full of nutrients and great nutritional value. It is inexpensive and quite versatile with so many uses for savory and sweet dishes.
For example: The Roasted Pumpkin I show you today, is prepared very quickly and uses ingredients that you usually have available in your pantry.
Let me show you how to prepare them and enjoy them while you snuggle this autumn next to the fireplace.
Suitable for fasting and vegans (vegans can use agave syrup instead of honey).

INGREDIENTS:
1.4 kg / 3 lb 1.75 oz Pumpkin (orange color)
70 gr / 2.5 oz / 1/5 cup / about 3.5 tbsp. Greek Thyme Honey (or subst.)
213 gr / 7.5 oz / 1 cup Brown Sugar (light or dark brown)
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. mixed Spice
tsp. All-Spice (bahari)
50 gr / 1.75 oz / less than cup Walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. Olive oil (for the tray)
