Do I Recommend a Raw Food Diet? Not Necessarily

Do I recommend a raw food diet? Most people would assume so but I say not necessarily. I'm more interested in people learning and understanding the basics of a plant based diet. They can always decide later if and when they want to do a fully raw vegan lifestyle.
