1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, divided
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups raspberries, fresh or thawed and drained (from 2 pints)
3 1/2 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup heavy cream, chilled
Confectioners’ sugar, for topping
