Ingredients:
1 tbsp Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Bay leaves
1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion
2 cups Chopped Red pumpkin
1/4 tsp Red chili flakes
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt

Method:
Heat up olive oil in a pan.
Add garlic, cinnamon stick, bay leaves and fry for a few seconds.
Add onion and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
Add red pumpkin and mix well.
Add red chili flakes, black pepper powder and mix well.
Add water, salt and mix well.
Cover and cook until pumpkin is cooked well.
Remove bay leaves and transfer everything into a blender jar.
Blend it into a smooth puree and pumpkin soup is already.
You can add fresh cream while serving if you like.
