You also can like, share and subscribe.Health Facts: Servings 8 Calories per Serving 180Benefits: Good source of fibre Fibre slows down the rate of sugar absorption into the blood Good for weight loss Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup Popped Rice 1 1/2 cup Puffed Jawar 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 10-12 Curry leaves 2 Chopped Green chilies 2 tbsp Raw peanuts 1 tbsp Roasted Chana dal / Daliya 1 tbsp Cashew nuts 1 tsp Hing / Asafetida 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Chat masala Salt to taste Powdered sugar Method: In a pan take rice and dry roast for about 3-4 minutes. Take it out into a dish. Take jawar in the same pan and dry roast it for about 3-4 minutes. Take it out into the same dish having roasted popped rice. Heat up oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them pop up. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves, green chilies and fry for about a minute. Add peanuts and fry for about 3-4 minutes. Add roasted chana dal and fry for a few seconds. Add cashew nuts and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add hing, turmeric powder, chat masala and mix well. Add roasted popped rice and jawar. Mix well. Add salt, [powdered sugar nad mix well. Cook for about 5-7 minutes more. Diet chivada is already.
