Pork & Zha Cai Stir-Fry
Ingredients (Serves 2)
100g pork trimmings
2 cucumbers
20g zha cai (Chinese pickled mustard)
1 tsp grated garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp doubanjiang
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp sake
1 tsp soy sauce
sesame oil

Directions
1. Cut the cucumber diagonally.
2. Combine the pork, garlic, ginger, and doubanjiang.
3. Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan, and cook 2.
4. Add the cucumber and zha cai, then add sugar, sake, and soy sauce, then drizzle sesame oil around the pan.
