In Greek it is called Psaro-nefri which for those who dont know bizarrely, it seems like it means: Fish-Kidney!! The Greek language is extremely rich, so the etymology of the word comes from: a. 1st word is the ancient Psoai (and not psari), meaning lumbar muscles and b. 2nd word really means kidney, because this meat surrounds the porks kidneys.A very easy recipe to prepare since the oven does all the work.And the result?
