Poblano Pepper Sandwich | Gayathiri's Cookbook

This poblano sandwich has it all. It's creamy, cheesy, crunchy, salty and spicy.Poblano peppers are mild, but remove the seeds and ribs if you're extremely sensitive to heat.

Ingredients:
Poblano pepper- 1
Cucumber- 1
Tomato-1
Mayonnaise- 2 tbsp
Yellow mustard- 1 tbsp
Ketchup- 2 tsp
Butter- 2 tsp
Provolone cheese slices- 2
Bread slices- 2

Directions:
1.Cook the poblano peppers on stovetop for about 7- 10 minutes or until the skin gets charred.Cover the pepper till it becomes cool.
2.Mix 2 tbsp mayo with 1 tbsp mustard and use it as a spread.
3.Place the provolone cheese slices first. Add cucumber and tomato slices on top.
4. peel the skin of poblano peppers. Cut and place it on top of tomatoes.
5. Add ketchup or any other sauce that you like.Close it.
6. Heat a pan over medium flame and toast both sides of the bread until the cheese is melted.

Sandwich is ready!!
