Olive oil laga kar chikna karen or dhak kar garam jagah par 1 ghanta k liye rakh den.-12 inch k pizza pan ko olive oil se chikna kar k sooji daal kar phaila len.-Pizza dough ko mat par daal kar flour dust karen or goondh len.-Cutter ki madad se 2 portions may kaat len. -Aik portion ko hathon ki madad se pizza ki shakal may phaila len or tayar pizza pan may daal den. (makes 2 large pizza).-Pizza sauce phaila kar, dried oregano, mozzarella cheese daal den or pehle se garam oven may 180 C par 15-18 minute ya cheese melt honay tak bake karlen.-Tayar pizza par taza basil leaves daal kar kaat len or serve karen.
