This Pistachio Bundt Cake is a perfect dessert for any gathering!A super moist cake, full of flavor that can be served year round, for so many occasions.This awesome dessert is sure to get rave reviews from family and friends and become a new favorite!Ingredients:For Bundt Cake:Yellow cake mix- 15 ozInstant pistachio pudding- 3.4 ozEggs- 4Sourcream- 1 cupVegetable oil- 1/2 cupAlmond extract- 1 teaspoonFor Filling:White granulated sugar- 1/4 cupBrown sugar- 1/4 cupCinnamon powder- 1 teaspoonChopped pistachios- 1/2 cupFor Icing:Powdered white sugar- 1 cupSoftened butter- 1 tablespoonMilk- 2 tablespoonsAlmond extract- 1/2 teaspoonGround cinnamon- 1/4 teaspoonFor Topping:Chopped pistachios- 1 tablespoonDirections:1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit .Prepare the bundt pan.2. Filling is optional.You can prepare this Bundt Cake without filling.3. To Prepare filling: Combine both sugars, cinnamon powder and 1/4 cup chopped pistachios in a bowl. Filling is ready! Set aside.4. To prepare Bundt Cake:Take eggs, oil, almond extract, sour cream in a bowl. Beat for 30 seconds.Then add pistachios pudding and yellow cake mix. Mix it well with the spatula. Then beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.5. Pour 1/3 of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle some sugar-nut mixture.(Filling).Top with the other 2/3 of the batter6. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes or until done.7. Remove from oven. Let it cool for 15 minutes before removing it from the bundt pan.8. Let it cool completely.9. To prepare icing, combine powdered sugar, softened butter, almond extract, and milk in a bowl. Mix it well. Then beat until smooth.10.
