Make it with or without oven. #HappyCookingToyouWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3jKJySvVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Pista Naan Khatai Recipe in English:Ingredients:Dough:-Icing sugar 1 Cup-Ghee 1 Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup-Baisan (Gram flour) ¼ Cup-Baking powder 2 tsp-Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tspPistachio Flavor:-Pista (Pistachio) 10-15-Green food color 1-2 drops-Ande ki zardi (Egg yolk) whisked as required-Pista (Pistachio)Directions:For Dough:-In bowl,add icing sugar and ghee,whisk well until fluffy & set aside.-In bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,gram flour,baking powder,semolina and sift together.-Add cardamom powder and mix well.-Now add ghee+sugar mixture,mix well and knead until soft dough is formed.Pistachio Flavor:-In dough,add pistachio and green food color,mix well and cover & refrigerate it for 15 minutes.-Take a mixture and makes 10-12 small balls.-On baking plate/tray,place butter paper and nan khatai balls,egg yolk wash and add pistachios on top.-In pot,add 1 pack of salt,place wire rack (2-3 inches high),cover and preheat on high flame for 15 minutes.-Place baking plate/tray,cover and bake on medium low flame for 15-20 minutes.-You can also bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes.Tips:-If the mixture become runny,you can add more all-purpose flour or you can freeze the mixture.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Dough:-Icing sugar 1 Cup-Ghee 1 Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup-Baisan (Gram flour) ¼ Cup-Baking powder 2 tsp-Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tspPistachio Flavor:-Pista (Pistachio) 10-15-Green food color 1-2 drops-Ande ki zardi (Egg yolk) whisked as required-Pista (Pistachio)Directions:For Dough:-Bowl mein icing sugar aur ghee dal dein aur fluffy hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein sifter rakh dein,maida,baisan,baking powder aur sooji dal ker ek saath sift ker lein.-Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Ab is mein ghee+sugar mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker naram dough tayyar ker lein.Pistachio Flavor:-Dough mein pista aur green food color dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.-Mixture ko la ker 10-12 small balls tayyar ker lein.-Baking plate/tray per butter paper laga lein aur nan khatai balls rakh dein,ande ki zardi laga ker pista dal dein.-Pot mein namak ka 1 pack dal ker wire rack (2-3 inches high) aur dhak ker tez annch per 15 minute kliya preheat ker lein.-Baking plate/tray rakh ker halki darmiyani ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 15-20 minutes kliya bake bhi ker saktay han.Tips:-Agar mixture runny ho tou aur maida dal dein ya phir mixture ko freeze ker lein.
