Phodinichi Poli is also known as Policha Chivda / Tadka Roti.Ingredients:6 Chapatis3 tbsp Oil1 tsp Mustard Seeds10-12 Curry LeavesCoriander Leaves2 Onions, choppedSalt to taste1 tbsp Mix Masala / Red Chilli PowderMethod:- In a mixer grinder add the leftover chapatis. Grind everything coarsely. Keep it aside.- In a pan heat some oil.- Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped onion. Saute everything well.- Add salt to taste and mix well.- When the onions become soft add mix masala. Give a good stir.- Add coarsely ground chapatis.
