Pears pickle

This recipe is same like Mango pickle but instead of mangoes , I used pears from my backyard garden.
Loved this pickle with curd rice, porridge and all. This is my all time favorite
Very simple recipe.

Ingredients:
Sesame Oil- 6 tablespoons
Mustard seeds- 1.5 teaspoon
Hing-1/4 teaspoom
Red chilly powder-As needed
Salt-As needed
Mustard powder-1 teaspoon
Fenugreek powder-1 teaspoon
Pears-4

Directions::
1.Cut 4 pears into small cubes. Set aside.
2.Heat 6 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter. Add hing and 2 tsp red chili powder. Switch off the flame.
3.Add this to pears along with 1 tsp fenugreek powder , 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp mustard powder. Mix well.
Keep it in an airtight container.
