Delicious spicy paneer tikka spread over a pizza base loaded with cheese.PANEER TIKKA PIZZAIngredients 150 grams readymade paneer tikka with vegetables 2 pizza base1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)4-5 cashewnuts 2 medium tomatoes, chopped1 teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon garam masala powder1 teaspoon coriander powderSalt to taste 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon fresh cream150 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leavesButter for greasingMethod1. To prepare gravy, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and when it changes colour, add cashewnuts and sauté for 1 minute. 2. Add tomatoes and mix. Add chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt and sauté for 1 minute. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add sugar and cream and mix well. Switch off heat and cool.4. Blend the cooked tomato mixture into smooth mixture. 5. Heat another non-stick pan. Cover and let it heat. 6. Spread some gravy on each pizza base. Put some mozzarella cubes and arrange few paneer tikka and vegetable pieces. 7. Crush dried fenugreek leaves, sprinkle on top of pizzas and put some more mozzarella cheese cubes on top. 8. Grease the hot pan with some butter, place the prepared pizza, cover and cook till the cheese melts and the base turns golden brown and crisp. 9. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
