Ingredients for Palak Kadhi are:

FOR BATTER

Curd [दही] - 250 gm
Flour Gram - 70 gm
Water [पानी] - 3 glass

Oil [तेल] - 2 tbsp
Garlic [लहसुन] - 4-5 pcs (Slit)
Green Chili Paste [हरी मिर्च पेस्ट] - 1 tsp
Green Chili [हरी मिर्च] - 1 tsp (chopped)
Turmeric Powder [हल्दी पाउडर] - 1 tsp
Asafoetida [हींग] - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder [लाल मिर्च पाउडर] - 1 tsp
Spinach [पालक] - 250 gm (chopped)
Water [पानी] - 1 glass
Salt [नमक] - 1 tbsp

FOR TEMPERING

Ghee [घी] - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds [ज़ीरा] - 1 tsp
Dry Red Chilies - 2 pcs
Curry Leaves [कढ़ी पत्ते] - 5-7 pcs
Red Chili Powder [लाल मिर्च पाउडर] - 1 tsp
