The Greek word plaki is used to describe any dish that is usually cooked flat with tomatoes, onion, olive oil and vegetables in the oven. You can use any white-fleshed fish fillet. In this recipe, I use swordfish which has an exceptional meaty taste and I add potatoes to create a whole meal. Needless to say that potatoes are all the money!Let me show you how to make this easy dish, a guaranteed new family favorite (also for kids who dont usually eat fish).
