Serves 3-4 persons
Fish Plaki is a traditional, delicious, easy-to-make Greek dish of oven baked fish. The Greek word plaki is used to describe any dish that is usually cooked flat with tomatoes, onion, olive oil and vegetables in the oven.
You can use any white-fleshed fish fillet. In this recipe, I use swordfish which has an exceptional meaty taste and I add potatoes to create a whole meal. Needless to say that potatoes are all the money!
Let me show you how to make this easy dish, a guaranteed new family favorite (also for kids who dont usually eat fish). R U IN?

INGREDIENTS:
660 gr / 1 lb 7.6 oz / 3 Swordfish fillets (skinless, washed, thickness/slice: 1 cm/0.4 in)
850 gr / 1 lb 13.5 oz / 6 Potatoes
1/3 cup / 80 ml / 5.5 tbsp. Olive oil
1 large, ripe Tomato
300 gr / 10.5 oz / 3 fresh, medium, ripe Tomatoes
1 large Onion
1-2 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. dry Thyme (altern: 2 twigs fresh thyme)
1 tsp. dry Oregano
Ground Salt and Pepper
