Since 2012, Mr Puah has been offering a wide ranging herbal soups at Tiong Bahru Food Centre. The quinessentials are ABC soup, Lotus Root Pork Ribs soup, Watercress soup, and many more. The nourishing Shi Quan Herbal soup, with a big drumstick, has a strong herbal taste that is packed with healthy and nutritious value. Pairing the piping hot soups with the steamed rice or pumpkin rice makes a perfect meal!

To suit the taste buds of more customers, Braised Pig's Trotter, Bak Kut Teh and Curry Chicken are also offered here.
