What is Bhaji Par Eeda, traditionally?

RECIPE

Ingredients
Oil 5-6tbsp
Chopped Onion 1cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chopped green chilli 3no.
Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Cumin powder 1/2tsp
Salt 2tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Chopped tomatoes 2no.
Chopped fenugreek 1cup
Coriander leaves 1cup
Eggs 5no.

Method
- In a pan add oil and fry the onions till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt 1tsp and sugar. Mix well.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 2minutes.
- Add fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves cook for 5minutes or till the fenugreek leaves soften.
- Add eggs on top and sprinkle salt over it. Cook till the egg is done.
- serve it hot.
