Murungai ilai dosa/Drumstick leaves dosa | Gayathiri's Cookbook

Drumstick leaves/Moringa leaves are rich in many important nutrients, including protein, vitamin B6, vitamin C, riboflavin and iron.
You can make Subzi with these leaves or can add it to dosa or adai varieties .

Ingredients:
Parboiled rice- 2 cups
Uraddal- 2 tsp
Salt- As needed
Shredded coconut- 1 cup
Drumstick leaves- 2 cups
Onion-2
Oil- As needed

Directions:
1. Soak 2 cups of parboiled rice and 2 tsp of uraddal for 4 hours. Grind this into a fine paste and add salt. Mix it well. Let it ferment for 8 hours minimum.
2. Heat a taw over medium flame. Spread the batter .Top with coconut, onion and drumstick leaves.Apply oil around the edges.
3.When the edges turns little brown in color, flip the dosa and cook for 2 more.minutes. Then serve it with any kind of chutney or sambar.
