You do not need any side dish for this . You can make it extra special by decorating it with selected veggies, if needed.Ingredients:Rice flour(அரிசிமாவு ) - 1 cupButtermilk(மோர் ) - 1 cupSalt(உப்பு)- As neededMormilagai(மோர்மிளகாய் )- 6-8Curry leaves(கறிவேப்பிலை )- For seasoningHing(பெருங்காயம்)- A pinchOil(எண்ணெய் )- 6-8 tbspMustard seeds(கடுகு )- 1 tspUraddal ( உளுத்தம்பருப்பு ) - 1.5 tspChannadal(கடலைப்பருப்பு ) - 1.5 tspRecipe:1.Take 1 cup curd in a bowl.Add hing, salt and water. 2. Beat the curd well to create a thin buttermilk consistency.3. Add 1 cup rice flour and mix well so that there are no lumps.4. Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil. Add mustard seeds, channadal, uraddal and 6-8 mormilagai and sauté until the dal turn golden brown.5.Add buttermilk and curry leaves and stir continuously.When the mixture becomes thick, add 2 tbsp sesame oil. Keep stirring till the mixture rolls like a ball without sticking to the side of the pan. When you touch the morkali with your finger, it should not stick.6. At this stage, for the mixture on a greased plate.Grease a back of the spoon with oil.
