The Mid-Autumn Festival 中秋节 is only one week away. Eating and sharing mooncakes is one of the most significant traditions. So today let’s celebrate the festival by making some mooncakes in just five steps.

Ingredients:
2g of alkaline water
75g of maple syrup
25g of oil
100g of all-purpose flour
Some pastes
Some salted egg yolks
1 egg

Five Steps:
1. Make the Dough
2. Wrap it Up
3. Mold
4. Bake, Brush, Bake
5. Wait to Oil
